Items on coskidz.com are processed after receiving your order. We aim to offer you costume with idea style and deluxe quality.
If there's a "ready to ship" mark next to the size of the costume you choose, then we can ship it out within 48 working hours.
Shipping time is various from different items, 5 to 7 days would be the fastest. We do not offer overnight shipping. A few costumes may need up to 30 days to produce which will be stated. The shipping time you see at checkout page means only delivering time, not including processing time. For some Mascots will take longer time. You are strongly suggested to place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
It is necessary to keep in touch with the customer service department all the time. We’ll contact you by email if there’s any issue with your order.
Please note that shipping via the couriers like DHL is fast but you may need to pay the tax due to your country's customs policy. We always declare a low value on the package. (You can ask for an invoice paper if you need.) But if you need to avoid tax, please inform us that you would prefer shipping via post office (which is slow, so not an option when you need it urgent), otherwise, we'll choose the way we think that will reach you in time. We're not responsible for the tax.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
We accept returning for exchange or refund within 5 days after you receive our products.
The payment of the products can be fully refunded but the returning shipping cost is not refundable.
Please contact our customer service for the returning address and RMA number. Please note that you can only get a refund with the RMA number in the returned package. We're not responsible for your returning to the wrong address or dealing with packages without RMA number.
Here are cases that you can make an exchange or a refund:
1: Quality issues. If the item is defective or destroyed during shipping, we can exchange an item for you. Or just send the item back to us. We will refund you once receiving the returned parcel.
2: Wrong size. While placing the order, you can directly choose the size. Always make sure you select the right size. We will make the costume strictly according to the received size information. If the item is in a wrong size, we can exchange the item, or refund the payment of the order to you.
3: The Wrong color. If this happens, please contact the Customer Service Representative to exchange or refund. However, please pay attention to this: The item can not be the same as the image. There may be little color difference when you see it on different display screens. Dissatisfaction caused by this can not get returned. And we offer modifications on all items.
4: If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren't missing items. The original package, garment tag, and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Therefore, please keep them carefully. Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.
RESTRICTIONS (Conditions on which return is not accepted):
1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
3: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc can not be returned.
4: Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged 15% of the total cost on the order as a restocking fee. Also, this makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us.
5: 20% restocking fee will be charged if the return is not authorized. Thus, 80% of the total cost on the order can be refunded.
6. The clearance items can not be returned for a refund.
We will start to make the costume for you in 24 hours after receiving your order. Therefore, make sure to cancel your order within 24 hours. If the item has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you would like to cancel the order while we are processing the costume, we can not refund the full payment of the order to you.
